"Courage is not having the strength to go on; it is going on when you don't have the strength"

- Theodore Roosevelt

COURAGE TO RISE - STRENGTH TO REBUILD

Recovery is a journey, and no one should walk it alone.

At Courage to Rise Recovery Living, we provide more than a place to stay — we offer a home where stability, accountability, and compassion come together.

Whether you’re rebuilding your life, strengthening your recovery, or seeking a fresh start, you’ll find a community here that believes in your ability to rise.

our purpose

Courage to Rise Recovery Living was created with one clear purpose: to provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment for individuals committed to long-term recovery.

Our mission is shaped by both professional experience and deep personal insight.

For over 25 years, we have served in caregiving roles, supporting elderly individuals—including veterans—through some of life’s most vulnerable stages. Through this work, we developed a deep understanding of how essential safe, stable housing and consistent, compassionate support are to overall well-being.

We have also seen firsthand the devastating impact of alcoholism and drug addiction. These experiences revealed how profound addiction affects not only individuals, but also their families and entire communities.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have witnessed the life-changing transformation of a close family member through their participation in a structured drug diversion court program in King County, Washington. With accountability, support, and commitment, they were able to rebuild their life in a meaningful and lasting way.

That experience reinforced what we believe is possible for others—especially individuals involved in the justice system, who are ready to take the steps necessary to create lasting change.

We are committed to providing a place where recovery is supported, growth is encouraged, and lasting change becomes possible.
